The Mobility Fee is made up of three parts: (1) the Roadway Mobility Fee, (2) the Transit Mobility Fee, and (3) the Bicycle/Pedestrian Mobility Fee. Any reference to the Mobility Fee or Mobility Fees in this division which does not specifically reference one of the parts shall be considered a reference to the total of all three (3) parts.
