MOBILE TELCO definition
MOBILE TELCO means any mobile or wireless telecommunications operator offering (under license from the competent regulatory authorities in one or more jurisdictions within the Territory) mobile or wireless transmission of voice and/or of data services to customers in the Territory under the current technical standards or under any other standard or protocol that may be authorized in the future by such regulatory authorities).
