Mobile-Sierra Doctrine definition
Mobile-Sierra Doctrine means the public interest standard of review set forth in United Gas Pipe Line Co. v. Mobile Gas Service Corp., ▇▇▇ ▇.▇. ▇▇▇ (1956) and Federal Power Commission v. Sierra Pacific Power Co., ▇▇▇ ▇.▇. ▇▇▇ (1956).
Mobile-Sierra Doctrine shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 10.01(f) of this Agreement.
Mobile-Sierra Doctrine has the meaning set forth in Section 12.14.
