scaffold means a temporary elevated platform and supporting structure used for providing access to and supporting workmen or materials or both;
mobile plant means any machinery, appliance or other similar device that is able to move independently, and Is used for the purpose of performing construction work on a construction site;
Outer clothing means clothing that is not worn next to the skin or immediately over a garment that is being worn as underwear but ‘outer clothing’ includes hats; shoes; boots; gloves and scarves.
Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.
