Mobile Plan definition

Mobile Plan means the options described in the Pricing Schedule.
Mobile Plan where you prepay an amount that entitles you to: (i) unlimited standard national call minutes; (ii) unlimited standard national SMS; (iii) limited standard/video national MMS; (iv) a data send/receive allowance to use nationally; (v) the right to purchase a Data Pack for an extra charge; (vi) the right to purchase an International Calling Pack for an extra charge that gives you an allowance of minutes to call selected locations; (vii) the right to purchase a Pay As You Go (PAYG) pack for an extra charge that enables you to send international SMS and non-video MMS to selected locations; and (viii) any other entitlements we offer. These Plans have the words “Mobile Plan” in their advertised product name and are always Pre-Paid Plans. Mobile Plans cannot be used in conjunction with a Wearable Device. Recharging from a Mobile Plan to a Wearable Plan is not permitted.
Mobile Plan means any one of those plans “Mobile Service Provider” means a provider of mobile telecommunication services “network” means the telecommunications system owned by us and/or other Telecom Companies which we use to provide the Services to you and other customers, including our Mobile Network

Examples of Mobile Plan in a sentence

  • The included data in a Mobile Plan is not split into on/off peak periods and both upload and download traffic are counted.

  • To apply for a Mobile Plan as a business customer, you must have a valid ABN that must be disclosed in your application for the Service.

  • If you are already a user of the Service and you renew your PAYG Base Plan or add a Mobile Plan, 1 Year Super Pack, Family Plan or a Data Plan, we call that a Recharge.

  • If you have an existing service and you accept an invitation to join a Family Plan, any Mobile Plan, Data Plan or 1 Year Super Pack that you have on your service will be terminated and you will lose all credits which will not be refunded.

  • For instance, if you buy a Data Top Up on the 20th day of a Mobile Plan , the Data Top Up expires after 10 days, at the same time as the Mobile Plan.

  • You must have an active PAYG Base Plan to be eligible to purchase Mobile Plan , Data Top-Up, 1 Year Super Pack, Data Plan or a Family Plan.

  • The corresponding CRU must be eligible to activate Service on the underlying, non-customized version of the corresponding FirstNet Mobile Plan.

  • You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the payment of any additional fees or charges such as data charges that are associated with or related to the communications and which will be charged as per the Mobile Plan and the SmartSupport Terms and Conditions.

  • You can only bank unused data from a Starter Plan where you recharge with any other Mobile Plan within 24 hours of expiry.
