Mobile Lease definition
Mobile Lease means that certain Lease Agreement dated as of February 18, 1997 by and between INK (AL) QRS 12-21, Inc. and the Company.

Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary is in default under the terms of any covenant, indenture, lease (including without limitation the Mobile Lease) or agreement of or affecting the Company, any Subsidiary or any of their Properties, which default, if uncured, would have a material adverse effect on the financial condition, Properties, business or operations of the Company or any Subsidiary.
The Company shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, preserve and keep in force and effect all leases (including without limitation the Mobile Lease), licenses, permits and franchises necessary to the proper conduct of its business.
