Mobile Deposit Security. You will complete each deposit promptly. If you are unable to complete your deposit promptly, you will ensure that your mobile device remains securely in your possession until the deposit has been completed. It is your responsibility to establish and maintain procedures to safeguard against unauthorized deposits. You will notify our Customer Care Center immediately by telephone at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ if you learn of any loss or theft of original checks or if you believe you may have deposited a check item more than once. You will ensure the safety and integrity of original checks from the time of receipt until the time of destruction. If warranted in our reasonable judgment, we may audit and monitor you, and you agree to cooperate with us to permit such monitoring, to confirm that you have satisfied your obligations under this Agreement.

Related to Mobile Deposit Security

  • Owner means the person in whose name American Depositary Shares are registered on the books of the Depositary maintained for that purpose.

  • Applicant shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.10.

  • Contractor means the Party selected to provide the goods or Services to the State under this Contract.

  • Produced in the United States means, for iron and steel products, that all manufacturing processes, from the initial melting stage through the application of coatings, occurred in the United States.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.
