Our standard practice is to make funds from your Mobile Capture available to you on the second business day after the day we receive your deposit.
We further reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of Mobile Capture if we believe that you are using Mobile Capture for business or commercial purposes, or for any unlawful purpose.
You agree that you will not use Mobile Capture to send or receive payments in connection with your business or commercial enterprise.
We are not liable for any service or late charges that may be imposed against you due to our rejection of any Check that you transmit for deposit through Mobile Capture.
You acknowledge and agree that we may reject any Check transmitted through Mobile Capture in our sole discretion without notice to you, and we will not be liable for any such rejection or failure to notify you of such rejection.
Mobile Capture is intended for personal, not business or commercial use.
To access the Mobile Capture service you must have or acquire and maintain a compatible iPhone or Android mobile phone.
For security reasons, we reserve the right to establish and assign to you deposit limits for Mobile Capture (including limits on the dollar amount and/or number of Checks that you may transmit through Mobile Capture each day) and to modify such limits from time to time in our sole discretion, and you agree to comply with all such limits (collectively, the “Deposit Limit”).
We reserve the right to decline your enrollment if we believe that you are enrolling to use Mobile Capture with your business Account or to receive business or commercial payments.
We reserve the right to refuse any Mobile Capture Service for any reason, except to the extent required by the Applicable Rules.
