Mobile Billboard definition

Mobile Billboard means an advertising display that is attached to a wheeled, mobile, non-motorized vehicle, that carries, pulls, or transports a sign or billboard, and is for the primary purpose of advertising.
Mobile Billboard means a truck or trailer equipped with one or more poster panel units. The unit can either be parked at specified venues or driven around designated localities.
Mobile Billboard means an advertising display sign which is placed on or affixed to a parked vehicle used primarily to advertise a product.
