Mobile Access definition

Mobile Access means accessing online services through the use of a Device.
Mobile Access means the class of services that are designed to let customers continue perceptible access to communications while moving within the area for which the service provider holds a licence;
Mobile Access is the web-based application, similar to Member Access, but designed for mobile screen viewing. It is used by members and their authorized users to sign on to Online Services on their mobile devices.

  • Where appropriate, international organizations maintaining a registry of these identities, such as the ITU Maritime Mobile Access and Retrieval System (MARS), shall be notified by the Contracting Government of these identity assignments.

  • By your signature below, you agree not to share or disclose the Mobile Access Code to any other person under any circumstances, without exception.

  • The use of the SentriSmart app and the Mobile Access Code to access a SentriLock lockbox is the equivalent to using your SmartCard and PIN to do the same.

  • You are and agree to be responsible for the use of the SentriSmart app and Mobile Access Code sent to your SentriSmart device and the retrieval of said Mobile Access Code will be recorded as an access using your SmartCard and PIN.

  • The most up-to-date list of services which you may be able to access through Mobile Banking is posted on the Mobile Access enrollment website at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • NOTE: As used in this Agreement, the terms “Smart Card” and “PIN” shall mean and shall include the use of the SentriSmart app and the Mobile Access Code thereto to access a SentriLock lockbox.


More Definitions of Mobile Access

Mobile Access. Mobile access is offered as a convenience and supplemental service available as part of Digital Banking. You must download our mobile application or access our mobile interface with your Access Device and then enter your Access Code for Mobile access. Some services may not be available through Mobile access. The Mobile application may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some network carriers and may not be supportable on all Access Devices.

Related to Mobile Access

  • Internet Access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Direct access means access to a patient or resident or to a patient's or resident's property, financial information, medical records, treatment information, or any other identifying information.

  • Mobile App means the mobile application provided in the Apple App Store1 and Google Play Store2 where certain information regarding your Card Account is available. Standard rates for data and text messaging may apply from your cellular service provider for use of the mobile application.

  • Reasonable access for the purposes of this section means:

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;

  • Mobile Phone means the mobile telephone device which You use to receive the One-Time Passcode.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • Direct Market Access or “DMA” means an arrangement among a Sponsoring Broker, its Customer and BSEF that allows one or more representatives of that Customer to have Trading Access using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker.

  • Special mobile equipment means a vehicle not designed for the transportation of persons or

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • mobile plant means any machinery, appliance or other similar device that is able to move independently, and Is used for the purpose of performing construction work on a construction site;

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Mobile equipment means any of the following types of land vehicles, including any attached machinery or equipment:

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Mobile Device means a computing device, typically smaller than a notebook, which runs a mobile operating system, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. Mobile Devices include smart phones, most tablets, and other form factors.

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.
