MNO Charges definition

MNO Charges means the charges payable to MNO for the Mobile Services or any other applicable services as referenced in the Airtime Agreement.
MNO Charges means the charges payable to MNO set out in the relevant O2 Contract.

Examples of MNO Charges in a sentence

  • We Care Communications may, from time to time, vary the prices or MNO Charges or Charges where variations arise directly as a consequence of a change in price tariffs made by our network suppliers, law or regulatory body.

  • Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, in the event that the MNO Charges or the Charges are increased (or the Customer is notified that they will increase) by more than 10% in any 12-month period, the Customer shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement immediately on written notice to We Care Communications.

Related to MNO Charges

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Bank Charges means the charges levied by the Merchant Acquiring Bank for Transactions and Refunds. “Bank System” means the banking system operated by any approved bank, financial institution or other body.
