MMS Application/MMS Software/Software definition

MMS Application/MMS Software/Software means the Meter Management System (MMS), which is the Contractor’s licensed and hosted computer program and associated documentation, as listed in this Agreement and Appendices, and any modification or upgrades or modifications to the program(s), residing in Contractor's servers that provides the MMS services that may be accessed by Users through the
MMS Application/MMS Software/Software means the Meter Management System (MMS), which is the Contractor’s licensed and hosted computer program and associated documentation, as listed in this Agreement and Appendices, and any modification or upgrades or modifications to the program(s), residing in Contractor's servers that provides the MMS services that may be accessed by Users through the Internet. All software, revisions and versions provided by Contractor shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
MMS Application/MMS Software/Software means the licensed and hosted computer program and associated documentation, as listed in this Agreement and Appendices, and any modification or Upgrades or modifications to the program(s), residing in Contractor's servers that provides the MMS Services that may be accessed by Users through the Internet. All Software, revisions and versions provided by Contractor shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any amendments thereto. “SaaS Application” also refers to “MMS Application.”

Related to MMS Application/MMS Software/Software

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.
