MMRA shall each save, hold harmless, defend and indemnify the County, its public officials, employees, agents, representatives, and contractors for losses, damages or judgments and expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, on account of fire or other peril, bodily injury, death or property damage of any nature whatsoever, and by whomsoever made, arising, in whole or in part, out of the activities of MMRA and its Contractor in performing the Work.
