MMR Services means and refer to the services typically provided by companies in the primary business of providing carrier-neutral interconnections, such as Equinix, CoreSite, and Telehouse, including without limitation, furnishing of space, racks and pathway to telecommunications carriers for the purpose of such carriers’ placement and maintenance of computer, switch and/or communications equipment and cross-connections by such carriers with the communications cable and facilities of other parties in the Building.
