The adjustment will be made between the cumulative MMGO paid by the Buyer during the Financial Year and the value of Annual Shortlifted Quantity.
Buyer will either take such quantity of Gas or if not taken pay for Monthly Minimum Guaranteed Off-take (MMGO) charges under Article 6 herein and the DCQ shall be binding on the Buyer.
