  • The CHSRA understands that FRA may withhold payment if FRA determines that the CHSRA (or its contractors) has failed to comply with the FRA-approved MMEP or the conditions of any Federal or state environmental permit.

  • CHSRA will fully implement the FRA-approved MMEP and any conditions of Federal and state environmental approvals and permits required for construction of the FCS.
