If the PLAN receives any capitation rate increases for MMCS taxes based on the IGT MMCRRIs, PLAN may retain an amount equal to the amount of such MMCS tax that PLAN is required to pay to the State Board of Equalization, and shall pay, as part of the LMMCRR IGT Payments, the remaining amount of the capitation rate increase to PROVIDER.
