MM Services definition

MM Services means marketing management services, including the provision of infrastructure and templates for direct mail, email, SMS, and other types of communications between you and your patients; “MPC Licence” means the licence granted by us to you to enable you utilise the MPC Software and MPC Services;
MM Services means any MM software-as-a-service manufacturing analytics platform as may be further specified in the SOW that allows Users to access certain features and functions through a web interface. References to any MM Services include the Documentation.

Examples of MM Services in a sentence

  • Accordingly, MM reserves the right to modify the MM Services, from time to time.

  • In the event MM adds additional functionality to a particular MM Service, MM may condition the implementation of such modifications on Customer’s payment of additional fees provided Customer may continue to use the version of the MM Services that MM makes generally available (without such features) without paying additional fees.

  • If Customer receives access to the MM Services through a trial offered by MM or via MM’s website (a “Trial”), Customer’s right to use and access the MM Services (including this Agreement and all SOWs hereunder) will terminate at the end of the Trial period set forth in the applicable SOW and Customer will have pay to MM its then-current fees in order to continue using and accessing the MM Services.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that if Xxxxxxxx receives access to the MM Services through a Trial, (a) MM will have no obligations under Section 8.1 with respect to Customer; and (b) not all features and/or functionality of the MM Services will be available to Customer.

  • MM will indemnify, defend and hold Customer, its directors, officers, and employees (each a “Customer Indemnified Party”) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liability, costs and expenses awarded by a court or agreed upon in settlement, as well as all reasonable and related attorneys’ fees and court costs (collectively “Losses”) arising out of any third party claim to the extent alleging that the MM Services infringe any U.S. patent, copyright, trademark or trade secret.

  • MM will, at its own expense, provide for the hosting of the MM Services on servers operated and maintained by or at the direction of MM, provided that nothing herein will be construed to require MM to provide for, or bear any responsibility with respect to any: (a) telecommunications, computer hardware, software, and Internet connectivity required by Customer or any Authorized User to provide access from the Internet to the MM Services; or (b) Customer Devices or Machines.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (including Customer’s payment of the Fees (as defined below), MM grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the MM Services and to analyze the Machines via the MM Services during the Term (as defined below) solely for Customer’s internal business purposes.

  • Subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, MM grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, revocable right to access and use the MM Services for the number of Machines set forth in the SOW during the Term (as defined below) solely for Customer’s internal business purposes.

  • Certain items of software may be provided to Customer with the MM Services or MM Devices and are subject to “open source” or “free software” licenses (“Open Source Software”).

  • Customer acknowledges that MM may continually develop, deliver and provide to Customer on-going innovation to the MM Services in the form of new features, functionality, and efficiencies.

Related to MM Services

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.
