Tenant will, however, continue to have the right, but not the obligation (except as otherwise provided herein) to release any such M&M ▇▇▇▇(s) or Claim(s) Against Landlord by the filing of a bond, as provided by law, during the course of the Forbearance Period for each such M&M Lien or Claim Against Landlord.
The Debtors and Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, are hereby authorized to record (and granted power of attorney to effectuate such recordation) such final, unconditional lien waiver, release of lien, and such other documents or certificates required to fully and unconditionally release any such M&M Lien in the applicable real property records, and each applicable clerk is directed to accept such documentation.
