MLS means any of the multiple listing services or broker listing cooperatives that is a member of MLS GRID or that has otherwise agreed to license multiple listing service data to MLS GRID, as may change from time to time.
GMS means the automated system, or its successor system, employed by SCE real time operations to remotely monitor and dispatch the Generating Facility.
NMLS means the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry, Nationwide Mortgage Licensing Sys- tem, NMLSR, or such other name or acronym as may be assigned to the multistate system developed by the Confer- ence of State Bank Supervisors and the American Associa- tion of Residential Mortgage Regulators and owned and operated by the state regulatory registry, LLC, or any succes- sor or affiliated entity, for the licensing and registration of persons in the mortgage and other financial services indus- tries.
ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.
FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.
THC means tetrahydrocannabinol.
WGS means the Whole Game System and the procedures for the operation thereof as determined by The FA from time to time.
ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.
Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.
HMIS means the Homeless Management Information System, which is a client-level data collection and management system implemented at the community level that allows for better coordination among agencies providing services to clients.
Paramedic means: an individual licensed with cognitive knowledge and a scope of practice that corresponds to that level in the National EMS Education Standards and National EMS Scope of Practice Model.
IBM means International Business Machines Corporation.
Program Staff means an employee or individual who by contract with the program provides a service and has the applicable competencies, qualifications, or certification required to provide the service.
SCCs means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of Personal Data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and implemented by the European Commission decision 2021/914, dated 4 June 2021.
Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,
LTC shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereof.
Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.
HSP means a HUB Subcontracting Plan.
DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero. Nothing contained herein shall obligate any Purchaser to purchase any Accepted Note on any day other than the Closing Day for such Accepted Note, as the same may be rescheduled from time to time in compliance with paragraph 2B(7).
GM means genetically modified.
LEC means any Carrier that is engaged in the provision of telephone Exchange Service or Exchange Access. Such term does not include a Carrier insofar as such Carrier is engaged in the provision of a commercial mobile service under Section 332(c) of the Act, except to the extent that the FCC finds that such service should be included in the definition of such term.
SRS means the scheme referred to by the Ministry of Finance as the Supplementary Retirement Scheme or such other scheme as shall replace or supersede the Supplementary Retirement Scheme from time to time.
CRM means the DDA Case Resource Manager.
Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.
