MLP Proceeds definition
MLP Proceeds means, for any period, any cash and other property distributed to the Company from the MLP in respect of the Company’s ownership of Partnership Interests (as defined in the Partnership Agreement); provided, however, that MLP Proceeds shall not include IDR Proceeds.
