MLC Loan definition
MLC Loan means the loan of [$2,000,000] made by MLC to Borrower on -------- or prior to the Closing Date which loan is in addition to the $7,000,000 equity contribution required by Section 2.1(k) and any additional loans made by MLC to Borrower pursuant to Section 3.30.
