MLB Rules and Regulations definition

MLB Rules and Regulations means (a) the MLB Governing Documents, (b) any present or future agreements or arrangements entered into by, or on behalf of, the BOC, any other MLB Entity or the Major League Baseball Clubs acting collectively, including, without limitation, agreements or arrangements entered into pursuant to the MLB Governing Documents, and (c) the present and future mandates, rules, regulations, policies, practices, bulletins, by-laws, directives or guidelines issued or adopted by, or behalf of, the Commissioner, the BOC or any other MLB Entity as in effect from time to time.
MLB Rules and Regulations means the constitution and bylaws of MLB and the MLB Management Council, including any amendments to such documents and any interpretations of such documents issued from time to time by the MLB Commissioner; all rules, regulations, practices, and resolutions of MLB or the MLB Management Council; any existing or future agreements entered into by MLB or the MLB Management Council; and such other rules or policies as MLB, the MLB Management Council or the MLB Commissioner may issue from time to time that are within the issuing party’s jurisdiction.
MLB Rules and Regulations means (i) the Major League Baseball Documents, (ii) any present or future agreements or arrangements entered into by, or on behalf of, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, any other Major League Baseball Entity or the Major League Clubs acting collectively, including agreements or arrangements entered into pursuant to the Major League Baseball Documents and (iii) the present and future mandates, rules, regulations, policies, practices, bulletins, by-laws, directives or guidelines issued or adopted by, or on behalf of, the Commissioner, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball or any other Major League Baseball Entity as in effect from time to time, including the Guidelines.
