MLB Control Person definition
MLB Control Person means the person who is accountable for the operation of an MLB Club and for the compliance with all MLB Rules and Regulations and who is the single individual with ultimate authority and responsibility for making all decisions concerning such MLB Club as the “control person” in accordance with the MLB Rules and Regulations.
