MLAP definition

MLAP means the minimum level of acceptable performance against each social value outcome as set out in Appendix [ ] (KPIs);

Examples of MLAP in a sentence

  • If MDOT, upon completion of the Municipality’s second attempt to correct the non-compliant work, determines that the work is still not in compliance, MDOT will have the non-compliant work corrected by other means at MDOT’s expense and the Municipality will reimburse MDOT for such expense through Maintenance Local Agency Payment System (MLAP).

  • The Municipality will furnish MDOT a list of the equipment it uses during performance under this Contract, on MDOT form 471 (Equipment Specifications and Rentals.) This form shall be uploaded to the Files page in MDOT’s MLAP system.

  • Once the MLAP has been exhausted, all participating members shall utilize the CLP.

  • Qualification can be imbedded into the value of simple Dublin Core elements as in the DML-DC recommendation or similar qualification using URN-like prefixes, or it can use qualified elements and a documented application profile such as SWAP or MLAP.

  • Contactless means a payment method which may be offered by a Retailer for completing transactions. This payment method uses Near- Field Communications (NFC) meaning the Card is held close to the card reader rather than inserted into a POS terminal.
