MLA Policies definition

MLA Policies means, as at the Effective Date, each of MLA’s:
MLA Policies means, as at the date of this Agreement, each of MLA’s: privacy policy for MLA accessible via Privacy Policy; privacy policy for ISC accessible via ISC Privacy Policy; Anti-bribery and Corruption policy and procedures accessible via ABC Policy; and code of business conduct and ethics accessible via Code of Conduct, as may be amended and notified by MLA to the Consultant from time to time; Moral Rights has the same meaning given to it as that term is defined in Part IX of the Copyright Xxx 0000 (Cth);

Related to MLA Policies

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Environmental Guidelines means the environmental guidelines and occupational health and safety standards of the World Bank Group as in effect on [Bid Date].
