MJC2 means “Možura” Doo Za Upravljanje Sanitarnom Deponijom – Bar, a limited liability company established by the Municipality of Bar and the Municipality of Ulcinj and registered in the Central Registry of the Commercial Court of Montenegro under number 5-0502603/002 on June 9, 2010, as such registration may be extended from time to time, or any successor thereto.

  • The Borrower shall ensure that the MJC2 and the PEW carry out the Project in accordance with the MJC2 EMP.
