Mixed Use District definition

Mixed Use District means any area of the County that is developed with a mixture of commercial, retail and residential uses, whether in the same building or not, and which is located in established Metro Station areas as such boundaries are depicted on the County’s General Land Use Plan map, Shirlington, the boundaries of which are shown on the Phased Development Site Plan approved by the County Board on December 4, 1982, and revised June 8, 2002, East Falls Church, as defined in the East Falls Church Area Plan approved April 16, 2011, and the Special Revitalization District of Columbia Pike as depicted on, and described in note 8 of, the County’s General Land Use Plan map.
Mixed Use District means and refer to what is identified on the Zoning District Map in Exhibit B as Mixed Use.
