Examples of Mixed Usage in a sentence
The Customer represents and warrants the accuracy of any Mixed Usage Information and the contents of the Mixed Usage Report.
The Customer shall, at BT’s written request, supply the Mixed Usage Information.
The Service may only be used for Mixed Usage and may not be used to provide any kind of backhaul services or to build or provide any kind of core network.
If the Customer fails to provide the Mixed Usage Report then BT reserves the right to refuse to accept any new Orders for the Service.
The Service may only be used for Primary Use or Mixed Usage and may not be used to provide any kind of backhaul services (other than mobile or SLU backhaul for Secondary Use) or to build or provide any kind of core network.
The Customer shall, at BT’s written request and where BT has reasonable concerns, questions or points of clarification relating to the contents of the Mixed Usage Report, supply the Mixed Usage Information but excluding any Sensitive Customer Information.
The Customer will not be required to provide a Mixed Usage Report if they provide the Primary Use Only statement as referred to in paragraph 4.11 below.
