Mitigation Works definition

Mitigation Works shall have the meaning given to such term in the SA Agreement;

Examples of Mitigation Works in a sentence

  • Such a Scheme of Mitigation Works shall be first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

  • To avoid doubt, this includes gifting or transferring any monies paid to the Grant Recipient under this Agreement to any third- party other than a Supplier for the Category 2P Mitigation Works.

  • The Owner agrees that, prior to the issue of any Statement of Compliance for the subdivision of the Subject Land, the Owner must complete the Traffic Mitigation Works to the satisfaction of Council and VicRoads in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Design Services Fees, costs and expenses incurred in connection with design services and any relevant costs estimates related to such a design for the Category 2P Mitigation Works prepared by a suitably qualified person licensed in design or structural engineering (as applicable).

  • The Grant Recipient shall ensure any Betterment Works agreed with a Supplier are itemised as separate line items from Category 2P Mitigation Works in any Invoice.

Related to Mitigation Works

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.

  • Mitigation means a measure that is reducing risk.

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • Mitigation plan means a proposal that includes the process or means to achieve carbon dioxide mitigation through use of mitigation projects or carbon credits.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project Facilities in accordance with this Agreement;
