Mitigation Rate definition

Mitigation Rate means, for calculations of the Special Tax payable in the first Fiscal Year, with respect to Multifamily Residential Property, $2.42 per square foot of Assessable Space and, with respect to Single Family Residential Property, $4.15 per square foot of Assessable Space and, for calculations of the Special Tax payable in each Fiscal Year thereafter, such amounts increased each Fiscal Year by the Escalation Factor and otherwise adjusted as provided in Section (B) hereof.
