Missouri Flat Area definition

Missouri Flat Area means that area identified as the Missouri Flat Road Project Area in Exhibit “A” to Ordinance No. 4565.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of the Unit including the area covered by the internal partition walls of the Unit but shall exclude the area covered by external walls, areas under service shafts, exclusive balcony/verandah/open terrace area.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.
