Mission system definition

Mission system means any of the following: a space vehicle; instruments developed for, and used in, space flight programs and projects; critical technical facilities specifically developed or significantly modified for space flight systems; launch systems. A mission system can also include components, sensors, avionics, and communications equipment designed and engineered for the Human Landing System vehicle and ground systems that are in direct support of space flight operations.
Mission system has the meaning defined in Section 13.2.

  • Consult as appropriate with the District to provide the tribal perspectives and beliefs concerning its TREM, traditional cultural practices, spiritual beliefs, oral histories, and efforts to regain traditional knowledge that was lost resulting from European colonization via the Mission system, subsequent Mexican rule and American settlement.

  • In the case that Customer chooses to utilize the Mission system to perform manual or automatic (as may be provided by Mission at the time) relay or output control for pump, well, valve or any related application, Customer agrees that Mission performs this service on a best efforts basis only.

  • However because many events and circumstances are beyond the control of Mission, Mission does not in any way warrant or otherwise guarantee the availability of the Mission system or servers and is not responsible for any delay or loss of data, lack of connection, slow connection, or any other such issues whether due to the active or passive negligence of Mission.
