Missing endangered person definition

Missing endangered person means a missing child, a missing adult younger than 26 years22 of age or a missing adult 26 years of age or older who is suspected by a law enforcement agency of being endangered or the victim of criminal activity.

Missing endangered person means a person believed to be in danger because of age, health, mental or physical disability, in combination with environmental or weather conditions, or is believed to be unable to return to safety without assistance.
