Missed Pick up means when Daniels comes on a scheduled time/pick up and the waste/Bins is not made available. Example: office is closed.
Missed Pick up means failure of Company to pick up Solid Waste or, Recyclables, or Yard Debris that hashave been set out by the customer at the time, at the weight, in the volume, in the proper containerreceptacle, with proper preparation of the lawful contents in accordance with this Agreement, and at the prescribed level of service, as mutually agreed upon by the customer and Company.
