Missed Appointment definition

Missed Appointment means the failure of the RSP, Consenting Provider or the Downstream Customer (or their authorised representatives) to be present from the beginning of a scheduled appointment window agreed between nbn and the RSP or the Downstream Customer during the attendance by Personnel of nbn at a Premises. Missed Appointment means services could not be provided at a scheduled place and time because:
Missed Appointment. The policy of this office is to charge for missed appointments ($44 per hour scheduled).
