Mispayment definition

Mispayment is defined in Section 6.3(a).
Mispayment means any payment made into your account by mistake, through fraud, or as a result of a BPI Europe systems error.

Examples of Mispayment in a sentence

  • The Seller agrees that, in the event any Mispayment is paid to the Seller, the Seller shall (i) until paid to the Buyer or Escrow Agent, hold such payment received in trust for the benefit of the Buyer and (ii) have no right, title or interest in such payment and that it shall not pledge or otherwise grant any security interest therein.

  • The Seller shall notify the Buyer of such wire transfer and provide reasonable details regarding the Mispayment so received by the Seller.

  • Payment means any payment or distribution in the nature of compensation (within the meaning of Section 280G(b)(2) of the Code) to or for the benefit of the Executive, whether paid or payable pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise.
