Misdirected definition

Misdirected means monies that have been disbursed in error because the payer provided incomplete or incorrect information with their payment or an agency other then the MiSDU such as the FOC or other State child support entity made an error in entry to MiCSES; or the Contractor followed established business rules, but an error resulted anyway.

  • Where we and the sending financial institution determine that an NPP Payment made to your Account is either a Mistaken Payment or a Misdirected Payment, we may, without your consent, and subject to complying with any other applicable Terms and Conditions, deduct from your Account, an amount up to the original amount of the Mistaken Payment or Misdirected Payment.

  • Such documentation shall include the Application for Master Account, if applicable, proof of authority to provide telecommunications services, the appropriate Operating Company Numbers (OCN) for each state as assigned by the National Exchange Carriers Association (NECA), Carrier Identification Code (CIC), Blanket Letter of Authorization (LOA), Misdirected Number form, and a tax exemption certificate, if applicable.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Trust Estate shall not include (i) any Timeshare Loan released from the Lien of this Indenture in accordance with the terms hereof and any Related Security, Timeshare Loan Documents, income or proceeds related to such released Timeshare Loan, (ii) any amount distributed pursuant to Section 3.4 or Section 6.6 hereof or (iii) any Misdirected Deposits.

  • Mistaken Internet Payment means a payment by a user through a ‘Pay Anyone’ internet banking facility and processed by an ADI through direct entry where funds are paid into the account of an unintended recipient because the user enters or selects a Bank/State/Branch (BSB) number and/or identifier that does not belong to the named and/or intended recipient as a result of:

  • relevant loss means any loss or liability which has been or may be incurred by a relevant officer in connection with that relevant officer's duties or powers in relation to the Company, any associated company or any pension fund or employees' share scheme of the Company or associated company; and

  • Late Collections With respect to any Mortgage Loan and any Due Period, all amounts received subsequent to the Determination Date immediately following such Due Period, whether as late payments of Monthly Payments or as Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds or otherwise, which represent late payments or collections of principal and/or interest due (without regard to any acceleration of payments under the related Mortgage and Mortgage Note) but delinquent for such Due Period and not previously recovered.

  • Amounts Held for Future Distribution As to any Remittance Date, amounts on account of (i) all Unscheduled Principal Receipts received after the last day of the Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period ending in the month of such Remittance Date and all related payments of interest on such principal prepayments and amounts received from the Servicer or a Representing Party in the month of such Remittance Date as the Purchase Price for any repurchased Mortgage Loan and (ii) payments which represent early receipt of scheduled payments of principal and interest due on a date or dates subsequent to the related Due Date.

  • Relevant Losses means, in relation to:

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Inadvertent Interchange means the difference between net actual energy flow and net scheduled energy flow into or out of the individual Control Areas operated by PJM.

  • Certificate Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, the Business Day prior thereto.

  • Remitter means a person who purchases an instrument from its issuer if the instrument is payable to an identified person other than the purchaser.

  • Amount Held for Future Distribution As to the Certificates on any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount held in each Collection Account at the close of business on the related Determination Date on account of (i) Principal Prepayments, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds on the Mortgage Loans received after the end of the related Prepayment Period and (ii) all Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans due after the end of the related Due Period.

  • NSF means National Sanitation Foundation.

  • DWR means the California Department of Water Resources.

  • Excess Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.8(a)(xv) of the Indenture.

  • Withdrawal Charge means a charge taken by AUL equal to a percentage of the Account Value withdrawn pursuant to Section 4.8, where the percentage varies by the Participant Account Year in which the withdrawal is made. The first Participant Account Year begins on the date when AUL establishes a Participant Account and credits the initial Contribution for the Participant, and ends on the day immediately preceding the next anniversary of such date. Each Participant Account Year thereafter begins on such an anniversary date and ends on the day immediately preceding the next succeeding anniversary date. The Withdrawal Charge percentage is as follows: During Withdrawal Charge Participant Account Years Percentage However, for any Participant who also participates in AUL Series III group annuity contract GA XX,XXX, the initial Withdrawal Charge percentage under this contract shall be equal to the Withdrawal Charge percentage applicable to the Participant under the AUL Series I group annuity contract from which funds have been transferred to such Series III contract, determined by AUL immediately prior to the date of such transfer, rounded down to the next whole Withdrawal Charge percentage if the Withdrawal Charge percentage under such Series I contract is a fractional Withdrawal Charge percentage. However, the Withdrawal Charge percentage under this paragraph shall never be greater than 8%. The Withdrawal Charge percentage shall be decreased by 1% for each subsequent Participant Account Year until the Withdrawal Charge percentage equals 4%. (However, if the applicable Series I contract Withdrawal Charge percentage is less than 4%, it shall be rounded up to 4% in this contract.) This 4% Withdrawal Charge percentage shall be in effect during the next 6 consecutive Participant Account Years. Thereafter, the Withdrawal Charge percentage shall be reduced to 0%. In no event will the cumulative total of all Withdrawal Charges, including those previously assessed against any amount withdrawn from a Participant Account, exceed 9% of total Contributions allocated to that Participant Account.

  • Collection Day means any day which is scheduled by the Municipality for municipal collection of collectible waste.

  • Collections means all cash, checks, notes, instruments, and other items of payment (including insurance proceeds, proceeds of cash sales, rental proceeds, and tax refunds).

  • Available Collections means, for any Distribution Date, (i) all Obligor payments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (ii) all Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (iii) all interest earned on funds on deposit in the Collection Account during the preceding Collection Period, (iv) the aggregate Purchase Amount deposited in the Collection Account on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date, (v) all prepayments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period attributable to any refunded item included in the Amount Financed (including amounts received as a result of rebates of extended service plan contract costs and insurance premiums and proceeds received under physical damage, theft, GAP, credit life and credit disability insurance policies), and (vi) all Simple Interest Advances deposited into the Collection Account by the Servicer on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date; provided, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Purchased Receivable the Purchase Amount for which was included in Available Collections for a previous Distribution Date; provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Receivable to the extent that the Servicer has made an unreimbursed Simple Interest Advance with respect to such Receivable and is entitled to reimbursement from such payments or other amounts pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; and, provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to the Receivables that are retained by the Servicer as reimbursement for Unreimbursed Servicer Advances pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; provided, further, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date will exclude any Supplemental Servicing Fees.

  • Payment Item means each check, draft or other item of payment payable to a Borrower, including those constituting proceeds of any Collateral.

  • Deposit Date means, with respect to any Collection Period and Payment Date, the Business Day immediately preceding such Payment Date.

  • Overpayment means payment in excess of the required fee. Overpayment of less than $10 received by the board shall not be refunded.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Xxxxxxx ALT-A Trust 2004-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-8 - Master Servicer Collection Account," and which shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Collect means to obtain information that the licensee organizes or can retrieve by the name of an individual or by identifying number, symbol or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, irrespective of the source of the underlying information.

  • Overage means the total number of shares of Common Stock issued in connection with the Subject Transactions above the Share Allowance.
