MISD or the “District”) expends federal funds for any contract resulting from the District’s procurement process. Accordingly, upon execution by Vendor, this addendum (this “Addendum”) shall become an integral part of the applicable contract between MISD and Vendor that is awarded to Vendor through the District’s procurement process.
