Miscellaneous Refuse definition

Miscellaneous Refuse means newspapers, magazines, and flattened cartons tied securely in bundles by means of heavy twine or rope, provided such bundles shall not exceed forty-eight (48) inches in length and sixty (60) pounds in weight; and domestic items not suitable for Containers, but weighing less than sixty (60) pounds and less than forty-eight (48) inches in length, including but not limited to bundled up rugs, carpets, bicycles, toys, etc. Hazardous Material shall not be included within any Miscellaneous Refuse except for such de minimum amounts as are commonly present in the refuse remaining in the waste stream from a Single Family Dwelling.
