Miscellaneous Plan definition

Miscellaneous Plan means the obligation of the Borrower to make payments pursuant to the PERS Contract with respect to the Borrower’s miscellaneous employees.
Miscellaneous Plan means the obligation of the District to make payments pursuant to the CalPERS Contract with respect to certain of the District’s miscellaneous employees.

  • For employees who became members of SFERS prior to November 2, 1976 (Charter Section A8.509 Miscellaneous Plan), the City shall pick up one-half percent (0.5%) of the employee retirement contribution to SFERS.

  • For employees who became members of SFERS prior to November 2, 1976 (Charter Section A8.509 Miscellaneous Plan), the City shall pick up the remaining one-half percent (0.5%) of the total eight percent (8%) employee retirement contribution to SFERS.
