Miscellaneous Enery definition
Miscellaneous Enery means any additional Energy provided by Seller to Buyer to provide for the electrical requirements at Buyer's facilities and/or theft of Energy by Buyer's customers which is not included in Losses or known Consumption Points. The amount of Miscellaneous Energy shall be determined initially based on historical patterns and may be updated from time to time upon mutual agreement ofthe Parties.
