MIS Systems definition

MIS Systems means any computer software and systems (including hardware, firmware, operating system software, utilities software and applications software) used in the ordinary course of business by or on behalf of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, including in conjunction with the Company's or any of its subsidiaries' payroll, accounting, billing/receivables, inventory, asset tracking, customer service, human resources, and e-mail systems.
MIS Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(i).

  • To the Knowledge of the Target, all Internal MIS Systems and Facilities are Year 2000 Complaint.

  • Schools IT Infrastructure: The collective name for all equipment and services within the school responsible for providing the School’s Curriculum Network and/or the Schools Admin Network Schools MIS System(s): Any system used by the school to hold MIS information such as but not limited to, student personal information, finance information or staff personal information.

  • The Company has sufficient rights to use all trade names, brand names, trademarks, service marks and logos and to use and practice all systems, including, without limitation, the MIS Systems, technology, proprietary information, know-how or patented ideas, designs or inventions (collectively "Proprietary Rights") used in the present operation of its businesses and the marketing, distribution, sale and use of the materials used and the products sold by the Company.

Related to MIS Systems

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • Computer Systems means all servers, computer hardware, networks, software databases, telecommunications systems, interfaces, applications and related systems of the Company or used by the Company and its contractors.

  • Waterworks System means all waterworks and all appurtenances thereto, including water mains, service connections, pumping stations, wells, water storage facilities and treatment plants, and owned, controlled, maintained and operated by the City or by agreement between the City and others.

  • Systems means any: (i.) computer programs, including, but not limited to, software, firmware, application programs, operating systems, files and utilities; (ii.) supporting documentation for such computer programs, including, without limitation, input and output formats, program listings, narrative descriptions and operating instructions; (iii.) data and/or media; (iv.) equipment, hardware, servers, and/or devices; and/or (v.) network(s).

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.
