MIS Services definition

MIS Services means management and information services of the types and scope provided by DSPGL for its own operations in the ordinary course of business, including but not limited to network, hardware and software maintenance and support services.
MIS Services. Seller may provide management information services to Purchaser related to the Business, including coordination of procurement of hardware and software and software development and sales and manufacturing.
MIS Services means all computer and data-processing services and support provided to the Business in accordance with recent historical practice, but does not include use of Seller’s existing EDI Services, such as customer orders processes, confirmations of shipments, and invoice services.

Examples of MIS Services in a sentence

  • This is a master agreement and shall be construed as a separate and independent agreement for each and every group of Services individually defined in Section 1 of this Agreement (e.g. NA HR Services, ROW MIS Services, etc.).

  • DSPGL shall invoice Corage on a monthly basis for all amounts payable to DSPGI under this Agreement for MIS Services, Administrative Services and Fleet Manager Services, in each case with adequate supporting documentation.

  • Brillian shall pay to TFS the MIS Services Rent in accordance with Exhibit E to this Sublease.

  • Weatherford will provide the management information system services set forth on ANNEX C (the "MIS Services").

  • If Brillian shall fail to pay when the same is due and payable, Base Sublease Rent, Building Services Rent, MIS Services Rent, Variable Services Rent, or any other sums due under this Sublease, interest shall be charged on all unpaid amounts at the amount of the late charge provided for in the Master Lease.

  • Client may select from a number of "profiles" that have predetermined bandwidth allocations for each CoS.The CoS feature is required when IP Flex is used with MIS Services.

  • DSPGL shall not be obligated to provide Corage Administrative Services, MIS Services or Fleet Manager Services of scope greater than the equivalent services it provides for its own operations as of the Effective Date.

  • The particular services that are provided by TFS to Brillian and that are covered under MIS Services Rent are enumerated and described in Exhibit E to this Sublease.

  • Such migration assistance services shall not be considered MIS Services for purposes of this Agreement and shall be agreed to between DSPGL and Corage in advance of the provision of any such services.

  • Grant Prideco agrees to pay Weatherford for such proportional amount and for all additional costs, fees, expenses, penalties, taxes and interest incurred by Weatherford relating to the provision of the MIS Services.

Related to MIS Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that ▇▇▇▇▇ performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.
