Mis-delivery definition

Mis-delivery means failure to deliver a Consignment (in whole or part) or delivery of a Consignment (in whole or part) to an address other than that specified by the Buyer or delivery without obtaining written proof of delivery (unless authorised to do so by the Buyer) or the delivery of a Consignment (in whole or part) to a person other than the Consignee without authority of the Buyer;
Mis-delivery means delivery to a wrong recipient or at a different address.

  • Calling Number Delivery means a feature that enables an End User to view the directory number of the calling party on a display unit.

  • Delay Delivery Certification As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.

  • Final delivery certificate means the document issued by the COE confirming that all the known defects have been rectified and that the works, goods or services appear in good order and have been accepted;
