Mis-award definition
Mis-award means an occurrence in which a Flight Attendant properly submitted a valid bid and was not awarded a trip or line consistent with her/ his bid preferences, her/his seniority, known absences, programmed award logic, FAR’s, Company policy and the Agreement.
