Mirror Note definition

Mirror Note means the intercompany note issued by Newco to the Borrower evidencing the Mirror Loan.
Mirror Note means the senior note of the Guarantor due April 1, 2007 issued to the Company in the principal amount of $1,548,630,855 in the form attached to this Indenture as Exhibit F, and which will be secured by the pledge by the Guarantor of all of the Capital Stock of Marcus Cable Company LLC, a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Guarantor.
Mirror Note has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.5.

  • If this award is not assumed by the successor in any Change in Control transaction, your Conditional PSUs shall vest and become Vested PSUs immediately upon the Change in Control.

  • Any such indenture, loan or debt agreement may not be used to interpret this Mirror Note.
