MIREME definition

MIREME means the Borrower’s Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy;
MIREME means the Ministry with authority over the Petroleum sector in the Republic of Mozambique.

  • MIREME shall, within twelve (12) months from receipt of the proposed Development Plan submitted by the Concessionaire, give its views on the matter.

  • Every other agreement than the Joint Operating Agreement relating to the Petroleum Operations made between the Concessionaires shall be consistent with the provisions of this EPCC and shall be submitted to MIREME for approval as soon as the same has been executed.

  • In this event the relevant sub-period of the Exploration Period shall be extended, by a reasonable period of time as MIREME may agree to allow the drilling and evaluation of the substitute Well.
