Mint Capital definition

Mint Capital has the meaning specified above the Recitals. Mint Group has the meaning specified above the Recitals. Mint UAE has the meaning specified above the Recitals. MG has the meaning specified above the Recitals. MME has the meaning specified above the Recitals. MTG has the meaning specified above the Recitals.
Mint Capital has the meaning set out in the recitals hereto. “Mint CPA” has the meaning set out in section 4.2(a)(ii) herein.
Mint Capital means Mint Capital LLC, a limited liability company formed in the DIFC. Mint Capital is responsible for marketing and managing the Microfinance Program.
