MINSA definition

MINSA means Ministerio de Salud, the Ministry of Health of the Borrower.
MINSA means Ministerio de Salud, the Recipient’s Ministry of Health;

  • To this end, the Borrower shall carry out the Project through MINSA in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions.

  • The Borrower shall have the Financial Statements for Parts 1, 2, and 4 of the Project implemented by MIDES and Part 3 of the Project implemented by MINSA, audited in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.09 (b) of the General Conditions.

  • The Borrower shall, further to the provisions of paragraph B.1 (a) of this Section, specifically ensure, through UGAF of MINSA, that: (a) the Project is carried out in accordance with the EMP and the IPP prepared for the Project; and (b) the provisions addressing indigenous peoples concerns in the implementation of the Project as set forth in the Operational Manual are carried out as agreed with the Bank.

  • The Borrower shall, through UGAF of MINSA, have the Financial Statements for the Project audited in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.09 (b) of the General Conditions.

  • For purposes of Part 1.2 (b) of the Project, the Borrower shall, through MINSA, enter into an agreement, satisfactory to the Bank, with a Beneficiary Community, therein setting forth the respective obligations of the parties thereunder, with respect to the preparation and implementation of the Community Subproject.

  • Not later than 60 (sixty) days after the Effective Date, MINSA shall carry out the action plan dated April 11, 2007, agreed with the Bank for the strengthening of MINSA financial management capacity for the Project.

  • The Borrower shall ensure through MIDES and MINSA respectively that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Guidelines.

  • The Borrower, through MINSA, shall carry out the Project and shall ensure that the Project is carried out, including by Beneficiary Communities, in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Guidelines.
